Yoga didn’t magically remove difficult people from my life.

It helped me stop handing them the keys to my nervous system.

These days, I protect my peace a little more fiercely.

And honestly… that’s a much better destination to arrive at.

When I’m feeling a little off or know I haven’t had enough water, I come back to the basics:

🍯 Honey
🍋 Fresh lime

A simple homemade hydration drink that helps me reset and get back to feeling like myself.
